I didn’t just ‘start a gym.’ I’ve spent the last 15 years obsessing over how the human body moves and performs. My journey started on the college baseball diamond, where I developed a deep respect for the bridge between high-level strength conditioning and physical therapy.

Before opening Fit One Five, my wife and I were part of the leadership team that opened Life Time here in Franklin. I managed a team of 60 personal trainers and personally certified over 100 coaches in metabolic assessments and performance programming.

But in 2020, everything changed.

We realized that in the corporate world, members often become just another KPI. We left that behind to pursue a ‘People First’ mission. We wanted to take that elite, high-level science—backed by my BS in Allied Health and NSCA Strength & Conditioning credentials—and bring it to a private, focused environment.

Since 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of Franklin residents stop ‘trying’ to get fit and start seeing results through sustainable, habit-based training. As a father of two daughters, I don’t just talk about health; I lead by example. We built this lifestyle around being reliable, making a positive difference, and proving that you can be a high-performer without sacrificing your longevity.
