COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Our first step is a free 30-minute intro session that assesses you and the results you’re looking for. This includes Stress, Sleep, Nutrition, Movement and Support System. From there we create a long-term game plan. If you choose to join us, we assign you the best coach for your goals and get started!
The first few training sessions will really allow us to establish how to best communicate and train you. We work through foundational movements and talk about the easiest changes we can make in your lifestyle for the biggest improvements. We are always evaluating progress in ways that are meaningful to you to ensure that fitness becomes part of your life and not consuming it.
Good question! This is all individual to you. It really depends on the type of results, timeline and accountability that is going to help you the most. We find that most of our clients feel the best doing a combination of 1:1 and group or 1:1 and nutrition coaching so they have time to work on their own goals while also including more community support.
ABSOLUTELY! You are never too out of shape or too old to change your life for the better. Personal training is all tailored to you. We meet you at your level and set appropriate challenges to make sure you look forward to coming to your sessions.
While we are not a 24/7 access gym, our trainers work hard to accommodate your schedule and book sessions based off your availability.
All of our trainers do this full time – to focus on YOU! We’re confident each of our trainers are among the most qualified you can find anywhere. Whether you’re looking for a pre- and postnatal certified trainer, physical therapy backgrounds, nutritionists or mindset training we definitely have the right person for you.
Yes we do. Our bathrooms and shower facilities are private and extremely clean.
Our nutrition coaching is truly coaching and accountability. We sit down to get a full scope of your dietary and eating habits, then we set weekly check-ins, progress reports and habit changes to help you incorporate the best decisions for your goals. We aim to get you the results you’re looking for without missing out on life.
We are right off of Seaboard Lane. Our front door is connected to the Aspen Grove walking trail/park. We sit in a complex directly behind Cool Springs Chiropractic and Corelife Eatery.
We have a lot of free parking available! Once you book your intro session we will send you our apple or google maps location. If you turn right off Cool Springs Blvd and right onto Seaboard Lane we are the first complex on the right.
