Smoothies for the Fall Season

1. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon stevia (adjust to taste)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust sweetness with stevia if needed.
  4. Serve chilled and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
