6 Steps To Cultivate The Mindset To ACTUALLY Reach Your Goals

Mindset - establishing the mental framework to win.

You’ve heard it before… Consistency is KEY! 🔑

The moment you decide to make a lifestyle/fitness change is the most opportune moment to start doing everything right the first time. It’s critical to put yourself in the right mindset everyday and lay out exactly how you plan to achieve your goals.

Here’s some helpful tips to get started in cultivating the best mindset.

Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve with your workouts, whether it’s to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall health. Having clear, measurable goals provides the critical framework to follow.

Establish a Routine: Make exercise a regular part of your day by scheduling it like an important appointment. Consistency thrives on routine. Our app allows members to book appointments and classes directly. Accountability is what we do best, you’ll likely also receive calendar invites along the way. Make it a priority!

Find Your Why: Discover your deep motivation for working out. It could be increased energy, improved confidence, or a healthier life. Knowing your “why” will keep you motivated. This is perfect to print out and post it up on your mirror, in your car, or at your work. Remind yourself daily WHY you’re doing this to help eliminate procrastination and negative self talk.

Mix it Up: If what you’ve done in the past hasn’t worked then it’s obviously time to make a change. A ‘No-Sweat’ intro session will make it very clear what exactly you need to do to win these goals. The right answer is usually the most obvious one. A clear-cut conversation with a coach will clear up why shortcuts don’t work.

Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Small achievements can be motivating and help you maintain consistency. Regular InBody scans (free for members!) give you the visual affirmation of the work you’re putting in.

Build a Support System: Surround yourself with people who share your fitness goals. They can provide encouragement and motivation to keep you on track. A single stick can be broken with ease, a bundle is much harder. The more people (friends, family, coaches) you have in your corner cheering you on and keeping you accountable will undoubtably help you stay the course.

These steps all sound simple when you read them out loud, but when you’re faced with the reality of the challenges ahead, it’ll feel quite daunting. Again, a coach can clear up these doubts and uncertainties. One conversation could be life-changing. Putting yourself in the right mindset in the beginning and having the strength to maintain throughout will be your super power.
